The location is superb, just a short walk from the souq and the public garden, perfect for leisurely strolls. However, operating the thermostat was a bit tricky, which detracted from the overall comfort during our stay. Also, having to ask for basic items like an extra pillow felt unnecessary, considering the room's luxury status.
